1) How did you first get interested in erotica and capturing the beauty of a woman nude?

I started photographing nudes at university and loved it so much that I became a pin-up photographer for men’s magazines in Australia. At university I was sleeping with alot of different women and quite involved with the gay scene so I believe everyone has a bisexual side and it’s fantastic to provide a place where people can explore the many facets of their sexuality.

2) How did you come up with the idea to start up your own erotic website?

I was frustrated with dealing with narrow-minded mainstream publications that would often use degrading language to accompany my pictures. I was shooting alot of hard-core sex anyway (just for fun and just because I was there). So it was logical to make the transition and go into an online adult site. Where I would have complete creative control.

3) What is your favorite thing about running your own site?

I love collaborating with the models on shoot ideas, themes, styling, and naughty activities. We work very closely and intimately and I try very hard to portray the girls honestly and sincerely. I like introducing the girls to new forms of bisexual play and kinky ways to make love to each other. I become friends with many of the models as they keep returning for more shoots and to explore their bisexual tendencies.

I love making new friends and interacting with the girls and the devoted members. 4) Your work covers a variety of themes what is your favorite?

5) Describe your day on the set of a shoot.

The models generally meet me here at girlsoutwest HQ. We have a chat and talk about ideas and they show me what they brought along for the shoot. Once we get to a location (either indoors at HQ or at the girls own house or someplace outside) the cameras start rolling and I shoot the photos first. Then I shoot the video in a slightly different location with a candid introductory piece to camera at the beginning and a sexy undress before the hardcore action takes place.

I actively communicate with the girls on camera and this encourages some dirty talk and frankness that is rarely seen in mainstream sites. As they are amateurs they don’t act they just are natural in front of the camera. Sometimes they tell true stories about lesbian love and make confessions that will shock you. 6) You have shot thousands of women. Does it ever get boring?

I have shot thousands of women during my 10 years as a photographer. Every woman is different and brings her own ideas to the shoots. I find by giving the model input into the creative side of a shoot this ensure every shoot different. I don’t shoot to one single formula. I prefer to work spontaneously and outgrageously and just let the moment dictate what happens. That could be public flashing, intimate lesbian confessions indoors, to masturbating in bed or using a double-ended dildo or strap-on for the first time.

7) What sets your site from other similar sites?

girlsoutwest is entirely female run and operated. There is no man behind the scenes telling us what to do. We express ourselves uniquely without fitting to a small neiche. 9) What are your future plans? Where do you see your self and the site in 5 years… 10 years?
